Upon booking, you are subject to our cancellation policy. Guests and clients who do not not cancel their appointments prior to the 24 hour window will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Our cancellation policy is in place to support the time of our practitioners who rely on their clients showing up and having time to fill canceled appointment spots. We also want to ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy the Thermal Circuit and Infrared Saunas. Nobody likes fees, but we don’t want anyone to miss out on the opportunity to come enjoy the facility.

Our infrared sauna rooms are completely private and each fitted with a shower. No extra fees if you come with an additional person to your appointment. If you would like to add a sauna to a treatment you will save $10 on your sauna session. Please call or email us to coordinate a combo booking.
